Key Responsibilities: Engage and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our centre's programs and activities. Requirements: Completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care At LEAST two years' experience working within childcare Current First Aid and CPR certification Working with Children Check (or equivalent) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
